CARE - CUT ORCHIDS

To retain the cymbidium's radiance for up to two weeks, follow these healthful hints.

Unpack the flowers immediately.

Trim up to 1/2 inch off the stems.

Place
the flowers in clean cool water for 5-10 minutes. If you have received cymbidiums and they are wilted upon unpacking, simply submerge whole
sprays for 10 to 15 minutes in cool tap water.

Trim stems and change water 2 times a week.

Keep flowers away from heat and temperatures below 45 degrees F.

Cymbidium orchids are slightly sensitive to ethylene. To avoid ethylene buildup,
you'll want to ensure adequate ventilation and sanitary conditions.
What are the ideal storage conditions for Cymbidium orchids? These
tropical treasures will stay their loveliest when held in water and at
50 to 55 degrees F. Holding Cymbidiums for more than a week at
temperatures below 45 degrees can cause blooms to discolor or drop.

Recut stems once or twice per week.

Use clean water with or without a floral preservative.

Keep flowers away from heat sources.
Shipping Information
For your Wedding or Special Event, we recommend that
you have your Wholesale Flowers or Wedding Flowers delivered 2 to 3 days before
the actual event. For a weekend event, your flowers should be delivered on the
Wednesday (or Thursday at the latest). Schedule lilies 3 to 5 days before
your event so they have time to open.
We use FedEx and/or DHL for overnight delivery service. Your flowers will most
likely be delivered before 10:30am. If you are in an extended delivery area,
they should arrive by 5p.m. Contact FedEx or DHL for the guaranteed delivery
time for your delivery zip code.
Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday. We encourage delivery by
Thursday. If there are any weather delays, that will allow an extra day for
delivery. Carriers will not make a delayed delivery on Saturday.

You should receive an automatically generated tracking number by email the
day before your scheduled delivery date. You can use it to track your package
online at www.FedEx.com or www.DHL.com.
FedEx or DHL might require signature at time of delivery. Please arrange to
have somebody at the delivery location to ensure proper delivery. If you miss
your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX or DHL at 1.800-CALL-DHL
directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery. If you have
ever signed a door tag by FedEx or DHL authorizing them to leave a package, all
future packages will be delivered without a signature requirement.
Each order must have a working telephone number. FedEx or DHL will not accept
any orders without a working telephone number.
Please review your shipping address and Zip Code carefully. If you provide
the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may
result. Any shipping redirects or changes will incur a $10 fee. Changes may not
be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping
tracking number has been assigned.

the world. Our Cymbidium Orchids are securely packed and

Cymbidiums are the largest orchids we
offer. Their huge bloom measures about 3.5 to 4 inches in diameter. The stems are about 20 to 25 inches in length and have on average of 10 to 12 blooms per stem!
They come a variety of different colors
including white, green, pink and yellow. Seasonally they are sometimes found in shades of burgundy and
