Shipping

While normal delivery days are Tuesday-Friday, we discourage Thursday and Friday deliveries.
Our preferred delivery day is Tuesday for a Friday event, and Wednesday for a Saturday event, because any number of problems can arise. Experience shows that it is best to have extra time just in case. There is no substantial freshness difference between a Wednesday delivery and a later day.

Saturday deliveries are not available in all areas. If they are, they're subject to a delivery surcharge. Express overnight service is used for all shipments unless otherwise requested.

MyFlowerBuyer.com is not responsible for late shipments OR damage due to omissions and external causes including weather conditions (extreme heat or cold, etc.), wrong address, delivery without signature, interruptions or any failure of performance whether or not resulting from acts of God, theft, destruction and other causes. Product and Prices

Actual product may have some differences to the pictures and/or descriptions shown in this website. We make every effort to be accurate, but variation is the norm with Mother Nature. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to keep our posted prices up to date. However, the volatile price of flowers or of fuel may cause unexpected fuel surcharges to be applied at the time of delivery.

Substitution Policy - While we make every effort to provide the exact flower you order, sometimes a substitution may be required to assure your flowers are delivered on time. If so, we are careful to make your order as close to your original choice as possible, even if this means substituting flowers of greater value. While our goal is to always keep you informed, we may ship a substitution without confirmation from you. Your order shows acceptance of this policy. Even if we have confirmed your order, due to the nature of dealing with agricultural products and international deliveries, there is always a possibility an order may not be filled. MyFlowerBuyer.com will only credit the amount of the undelivered order and will not be held liable for any inconveniences arising from these events.

Claims and Credit Requests

Claims and credit requests must be placed within 24 hours after receiving the product and are subject to our Guarantee and Return Policy. Complaints concerning part of the order supplied cannot be a cause for rejecting the entire order. We make every effort to provide the exact flower you order. If in the rare event that high demand, crop failures or poor weather conditions prevent the availability of an exact flower, we may substitute other similar flower varieties. Although our system has confirmed your order in dealing with agricultural products and international deliveries there is always a possibility an order may not be filled. MyFlowerBuyer.com will only credit the amount of the undelivered order and will not be held liable for any inconveniences arousing from these events.

Payment and Cancellations

Approved Claims will be credited back to the charge card the no later than the last Friday of the week after complaint is settled. Any cancellation may be subject to a processing fee of $15.00 per box of flowers. No cancellations accepted 7 days prior to delivery date. At that time orders will already be scheduled with the farm, possibly in transit, and not available for sale to other customers.

Care and Handling of Flowers

MyFlowerBuyer.com is not responsible for improper care and handling of the product after you receive them. For your convenience, we have posted with each flower instructions for care and handling. Please contact us if you have any questions. Never use walk in coolers, freezers or home refrigerators as these are not suited to fresh flower storage and can damage your flowers. Airport-to-Airport Terms and Conditions

If you have requested, and we have agreed, to an airline delivery, MyFlowerBuyer.com will drop off the boxes at the proper outgoing airport and the customer will pick them up at their local airport. We use different airlines to ship our flowers, depending upon who we think provides the best service, schedule and prices. You may request a different one. Prices on shipping may be changed without prior notice of the airline. MyFlowerBuyer.com does not have any relation with any airline. Some airlines have minimum freight charges, and it's entirely their decision. Sometimes we will prepay the shipment and charge you for it. Other times, the customer will pay the airline upon receiving the shipment. MyFlowerBuyer.com is not responsible for flight cancellations or delays.
