What if my flowers are not available at shipping time?

We make every effort to schedule your order with our farms and assure that your flowers arrive exactly as ordered on your delivery date. However, problems sometimes arise.

Even though our farms are experienced professional growers, remember that flowers are growing things, and that ultimately, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. High demand, weather conditions, pest problems, etc. could interfere with the availability of some or all of your flowers you have ordered. This is not a common occurrence.


We constantly monitor these conditions and will make every effort to notify you as early as possible if we anticipate a problem. We will use our floral experts to find suitable substitutes.

In most cases shortages may be unanticipated and occur close to the day of shipping. In that case, we reserve the right to make substitutions without notification. Our goal is to please you, so we will make every effort to get what you need.

If a substitution cannot be found, we will send an email to you on the day of shipping or 24-hours before.
